Free Zumba Classes
Zumba includes music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. A combination of salsa, meringue, and hip hop, Zumba provides a cardio and strength workout.
Interested in learning Zumba? The Recreation department offers free lessons through one of our recreation partners.
Please note that lessons are typically 40 minutes in length, and are offered weekly for Adults.
Registered participants will receive an e-mail with the Zoom log in information in their receipt notes upon registration.
