Interested in learning Ballroom, Swing, or Salsa? The
Recreation department offers Dance lessons for Adults through one of our recreation partners as listed below.
Classes are now held at the North Town Hall Chelmsford Community Center at 31 Princeton St. in North Chelmsford, MA.
Parking information: When facing the Community Center, there is a street to the left (Washington St.), and a fire station on the corner. On the left of the fire station is the Community Center parking lot but to get to that parking lot, you need to enter from Washington St. and then take a left behind the fire station and head back toward the end of that parking lot. There's a small path heading down toward the sidewalk and after you cross the street, the Community Ctr. is there on the corner, big yellow building. We're on the 2nd floor.
Please note that lessons are typically 50 minutes in length, and are offered weekly for ages 18 and up.
Please bring clean, dry shoes to change into.
“SALSA”
January thru April 2026
“ACCELERATED BEGINNER SALSA REVIEW” - The Basic steps and skills of Beginner Salsa (Level 1) classes will be quickly reviewed (prior knowledge of Level 1 would be helpful). This class will also start reviewing steps, combinations and skills of past Salsa Level 2 classes.
(6 week session)
Beginning Thursday, January 8th to February 12th
“INTERMEDIATE SALSA” - This class will continue to teach more NEW steps, combinations and skills in addition to already learned steps of the “Accelerated Beginner Salsa Review” class..

Beginning Thursday, February 26th to April 2nd
