The Lowell Recreation Office is offering a Spring Flag Football clinic!

This program will be outdoors and focus weekly on a single position to introduce individuals to the skills required to play in that position.  All participants will participate each week.

Ages 9-12

The following skills will be done as 1 week individual lessons:
Quarterback
Wide Receiver
Running back
Defensive Back
Flag pulling
